You must provide a valid email address, a secure password and any other information required at the time of registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted through your account.
Each user is permitted to hold one account only. Creating duplicate accounts — whether using different email addresses, different devices or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Discovery of duplicate accounts may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or bonus entitlements.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform:
wy999 makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, server outages or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. wy999 shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from temporary Platform unavailability.
Deposits to your wy999 account must be made using payment methods that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment method holder is a different person from the account holder — are not permitted. The operator reserves the right to return third-party deposits and suspend accounts where this rule is violated.

Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as rollover requirements) before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the minimum number of times the bonus amount — or the deposit-plus-bonus amount — must be bet through using qualifying stakes.
Where an illustrative example is used on this Platform, such as "30x wagering on a PKR 1,000 bonus", this represents a requirement to place PKR 30,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal eligibility is met.
